A Summer of Recognition for Tulipop Studios

It has been an exciting summer of industry recognition for Tulipop Studios and the creative team behind the world of Tulipop.

Tulipop Co-Founder and CEO Helga Árnadóttir and Co-Founder, Creative Director and Tulipop creator Signý Kolbeinsdóttir have both been named finalists in the 2026 Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment Wonder Women Awards.

Helga is a finalist for Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year, while Signý is nominated for Designer/Inventor of the Year – Corporate (Under 500 Employees).

The Wonder Women Awards recognise outstanding women working across toys, licensing and entertainment, making the double nomination a particularly exciting recognition for the Tulipop team.

Meanwhile, Tulipop's animated special A Midwinter Tale (Vetrarsaga) has been nominated for Best Children's and Youth Content of 2025 at Iceland's Sögur Awards.

The nomination is especially meaningful because the nominees are selected by Icelandic children — the audience at the heart of Tulipop's storytelling.

Together, the nominations celebrate both the creative vision behind Tulipop and the team's work to build the Icelandic-born property into an increasingly international children's brand.
