On a bright and sunny day on Tulipop island, a delightful surprise unfolds when an eruption of sparkling water fountains bursts forth in Bubble's garden. Ecstatic, Bubble calls his friends—Maddy, Fred, and Gloomy—to join the playful spectacle. However, their fun takes a turn when they notice that the majestic Big Waterfall has come to a halt. Rushing over, they discover their grumpy troll friend, Grumpkin, petrified and blocking the waterfall!

Determined to rescue Grumpkin, the friends embark on a quest to seek the wisdom of Mr Tree, the old and wise tree on the island, who resides atop Skull Rock. After listening to their dilemma, Mr Tree reveals that only a rare Blue Moon Diamond can restore Grumpkin to his former self. To find the diamond, the friends must venture into the Enchanted Crystal Cave, which is guarded by mischievous water sprites. As night falls and the Blue Moon rises, the friends bravely navigate the cave, facing tricky illusions and riddles presented by the playful sprites. When they retrieve the dazzling Blue Moon Diamond, its glow illuminating their path back to the waterfall. They place the diamond at Grumpkin's feet, and its magical energy creates a brilliant light that frees him from his stone prison. With the waterfall roaring back to life, Grumpkin expresses his gratitude, his grumpy demeanor softened by the friends’ unwavering support.
